When You Can’t See God - But He Sees You

How do you know God sees you?

In your pain. In your fear. In your questions and heartache.

When you’re drowning in grief, stuck in confusion, or walking through something you never asked for—is God really there?

Is He paying attention? Does He care? Is His Spirit with you? Is He working behind the scenes, even when you can’t feel Him?

Let’s go back for a moment. Remember the Israelites in the wilderness? They were selfish, stubborn, and full of complaints—and yet, God never left them.

At one point, He told Moses, “Step aside so I can destroy these complainers.” But Moses begged Him not to. And God changed His mind. (Exodus 32:10–14).

That alone tells us something huge: God listens. He responds. He’s close enough to hear. And He changes his mind.

And He wasn’t just listening from a distance. He was right there with them—visibly present.

“The Lord covered them with a cloud and lit up the night with fire.” — Psalm 105:39 (NCV)

So no, you may not see a cloud by day or fire by night today—but the truth is still the same: God is on the scene. The Holy Spirit is on the scene. Even an Angel - your Angel.

If you're dying—He sees you.

If you're scared—He knows.

If you're uncertain—He’s not.

If you don’t know how to keep going—He does.

If you doubt your future—He holds it.

If you cry out for help—He already answered with His Son.

“For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life.” — John 3:16

So, do you believe it? Trust it. Know it. Rest in it.

“Lord, I believe—help me believe more.” IJNIP amen ♥️
